1. Who controls your data
Estreams is the controller of personal data collected through estreams.gg for website enquiries and business discussions. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
When you use a contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company, subject, message, privacy acknowledgement and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Our hosting, security and form-delivery providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, reCAPTCHA signals and security logs.
When you respond to the cookie banner, your browser stores whether you selected Accept or Reject.
3. Why we use the data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project or service.
- To prepare requested information, estimates or proposals.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical problems.
- To remember the choice made through the cookie banner.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
The legal basis will generally be steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating, presenting and securing the website, or compliance with a legal obligation. The required form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not used to subscribe you to marketing.
4. Service providers and recipients
We use hosting, content-delivery, security and form-delivery providers to operate this website. These currently include Hostinger, Cloudflare and FormSubmit. Form submissions are transmitted to FormSubmit and protected by its reCAPTCHA flow before they are delivered to our email inbox. Google may receive technical information through reCAPTCHA. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers should be covered by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard provided by the relevant supplier.
6. Retention
Website enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship, a contract, a legal obligation or a legal claim. FormSubmit states that submissions available through its archive are retained for up to 30 days. The cookie-banner choice remains in the visitor's browser until it is replaced, cleared through browser controls or changed using “Set Cookies”.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Automated decision-making
Personal data submitted through the website contact forms is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Cookies and third-party resources
Estreams does not currently install advertising pixels or behavioural analytics through its own website code. The banner lets you save an Accept or Reject choice, which can be changed through “Set Cookies” in the footer. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page.
